Here it is. It's the first track released by me in five years. This is one of the two "sawtooth" tracks that managed to survive to the present. Hopefully, I'll get the other one finished and third song from the batch of writing I was doing during winter '99.

I like to imagine that I'm being bunker-busted while listening to this song. Perhaps it's the foot of a giant robot stomping down upon the ground above, but something is being bombarded... with reverberation! I'm going to pass out.

So...

Somehow I got suckered into correcting the English translation of my school's web site. Man, this is awful. "All of our staffs are looking forward to meeting and helping new students from our bottom of the heart."

or other fantasy rpgs.

Phat bass....
good atmosphere.

organs ephemereal,ethereal, preternatural...

cave crawl, turn corner, disarm chest, collect gold, dungeon crawl, engage monster, weild mace, gain exp., take potion, trancend the slors, save state, do the good witch, sleep, regain health, talk to townsperson, QUEST...

I have listened to it 5 times straight
It's "Phat Bong" on the Pimp-O-Meter

Cake or Death.

I rember hearing this work in the very room I am listening to it in now.

Indeed, twas originally conjured in exactly your subterranean dwelling. Sadly, I have no speakers beyond the semi mid-ranges embedded in the TV combined with the ultra-tweeter computer speakers. Of course I can scientifically test how much bass exists via my decent quality headphones, but nothing exists for me to rattle my rib-cage.

I'm still waiting for my school to update their web page to see how the horribly awkward "message from the princepal" turned out. In his message, he thanks the garbage collectors, etc. for making everthing within society operable and enabling the school to exist. Hmm, I just can't do it justice from memory... should have kept a copy of the original translation from Japanese (previous to my purely grammatical corrections--it's impossible for me to make the things he says not be laughable in English).
